Re: Rag Rug Tutorial
We have a friend who makes rag rugs and has written several books- she helped me to get started on a rug made with a latch hook, and I completed about a foot of it before I started to get a lot of pain in my thumbs. This has meant having to stop, so I've got twelve inches of rug which I must find something useful to do with. (The pain has been diagnosed as 'wear and tear', i.e. arthritis, but fortunately I can still knit without it hurting)

The richer we have become materially, the poorer we have become morally and spiritually. We have learned to fly in the air like birds and swim in the sea like fish, but we have not learned the simple art of living together as brothers and sisters.
