Hi from Port Elliot!

default Hi from Port Elliot!

Post by Becci on 18th January 2011, 10:47 pm

Hi my name is Becci and I live in picturesque Port Elliot in South Australia. I have a wonderful fiance and four boys. My step son is nearly 18 and has flown the coop. My son in nearly 15 and has become such a joy after many hard years, and my fiance and I have 2 beautiful boys aged 2.5 years and 17 months.
For many years I crocheted rugs for myself and my family. Then I discovered scrapbooking after my 2.5 year old was born. So I gave away my crochet stash (kept my book and hooks though). Now I have rediscovered crocheting as I love to combine my crocheted items on my scrapbooking pages (layouts).
There was a call for me to sell my crocheted items to some scrapping friends and Lime Tree Creations was born a few months ago, firstly via my personal scrapping blog and now with t's own!

I love the simple things in life however we often get caught up in the busy world and sometimes need reminders.

I too am going to do my best to have a handmade (well mostly) christmas this year. I'm a good friend of Sammigirl and think I'll be commissioning some work from her for some gifts! She has such gorgeous work!

Welcome

Is that lovely picture some of your work?

I've just found a new wool shop and come home with more sock wool (sparkly) and wool for a jumper for my daughter.
