OK, I can't even remember (menopausal mush for a brain) the proper name for the little pic you have under your name - I'm sure there is a proper name for it. Anyway, whatever it is, how do I add one? Please keep all technical terms to words of one syllable Embarassed And your help and advice is very much appreciated. Thank you

Avatar, DM.

Click on Profile from the Green toolbar.
Click on 'Avatar' from the grey toolbar just above where it says Registration Information - See my Profile.
If your Avatar is a pic you want to upload from your computer, click the 'Browse' button.
If it is from another website or one you have uploaded to a pic hosting site, copy the location into the box beneath where it says Upload an Avatar from a URL.
When finished, click Save.
Done.

Oh thanks WVR! You make it sound so simple Laughing Yes, Avatar of course. Oh where is my brain? Rolling Eyes Right, I'm going to have to find a good pic first and then I'll try.
Thank you!

actually the upload a pic from your computer is a little more complex than that - you click browse and select the pic you want from your computer.
- then click Upload at the bottom of the window.
When it has done its thing you will see three windows with URLs in. Copy the top one, then go back to the 'Post a pic from the net' box and copy this URL in there as before and you are done.

Hope that makes sense. Brain not operating in higher gear ratios yet today.
