hello fom central NC

Post by seriwinde on 28th June 2011, 8:44 pm

Im Seriwinde! hello everyone.. this looks like a wonderful place to be.. my family and I are living in an 80 year old farmhouse that we are slowly but lovingly and surely renovating to a simpler ,greener ay of living. I have many hobbys and interests... weaving spinning kinitting.. being a little of lazy of late though.. my special needs daughter(22) just graduated from high school! so we are sort of taking summer to rest, reconnect and plan for our life ahead.. after so many years of ieps, therapies, homeshooling(10 years!) moving across country(twice) hurricanes (4 in a bout a year and a half) its time to just do little as possible.. at least for a few weeks...! I cant wait to sift thru everything and see what new projects I can inspire(burden) lol the poor hubby with! have a great day!

Hello there and welcome from me

You will find a fair few crafters, smallholders, hobby farmers, parents and everyone in between here.

If there is anything you need, just ask, we're a friendly bunch
