Hello from Alan
Howdy y'all,
I recently retired from public service in Texas - pollution cleanup and aquifer protection. My wife Robin and I will enjoy a woods and meadow on a glacial moraine (kames, kettles, and outwash plain) in the thumb of Michigan, USA. Part of the farm my dad was born on. Looking to share ways of living simply with the land. I found this forum while researching how to build hurdles. We've lots of Witch Hazel (Hamamelis). I'll give it a try.
