Sorry about your news Adrian. These things are always a shck.

Hope Lottie doesn`t keep us waiting too long.

Mike hope things get sorted quickly, always difficult with autism, as routine is so important.

Hope GB is getting sorted with the new venture & Billy has sorted his extra space.

Weather is cold!!

Thinking of you and your friend Adrian. And Mike and Penny - thinking of you too. Freebird's other half too. No words of wisdom: just thinking of you all.

Thank you all

She is being well cared for and is surrounded with many loving friends and family. Life must go on and she expects her friends to as well. So onwards and upwards

Oh Mike, my thoughts are with you and Penny, it must be so hard for you.

Oh crud, hugs to you all, nightmare scenarios Crying or Very sad

Bless you, JG, the interview went realllllllly well, I think.. I did gibber slightly but said it was cos I was nervous, the grounds are amazing Very Happy completely neglected tudor hedges and rose gardens and yew trees and tennis courts and Laughing .. I know I would work wonders with it, and hope I convinced them of that. But.. there's always a but! I'm the first person they've interviewed and they're worried I'm a woman, I think, it did kinda say that on the CV:roll: , hopefully I've convinced them I'm freakishly strong, as Ol puts it..Laughing we shall see!

Thanks for all your wonderful positive thoughts and hope all those having a crappy time, have a brighter day xxx

Lottie I'm glad it went so well.

And they can't not give it to you because you are a woman - it's illegal and I'm sure you could prove your strength. Charlie Dimmock was (is) incredibly strong through her work and said men using the garden centre would struggle to carry stuff and then have to let her do it!

Right - closing this thread - I've just realised it is February (where did the last month go) and time for a new start in the Tea Room.
