I must confess to pinching this off a link from FB, I think it was COTW who posted it on there. I've shown them to my mum in the hope that she can convert to knitted versions to make for me Twisted Evil

Jean Greenhowe may have a pattern that could be adapted for the body & any of her books should be useful for the odds & ends. I will also look for an old pattern that I have that may work for the body as well,
