After many years of resisting my mother telling me to buy Hotter shoes, I finally caved in, and bought myself a pair of shoes for wearing to DD2's graduation in the summer. (Shhhh, don't tell my mother....!) I was very surprised and pleased to discover that they are made in the UK - we used to have an amazing tradition as shoemakers in the UK, but most shoes seem to be from the orient now. Didn't realise that Lush was from the UK - presumably Body Shop still is too? Which other products and companies are specifically made in Britain?
