I am always astonished by how many recipes use a can of mushroom or chicken soup as an ingredient.

Will post my rabbit in cider recipe later.

Dont like cider or beer in food but use a lot of cream of mushroom soup in cooking. Will one day do it from scratch when cooking but right now its just faster and easier to slam a can lol

Might get out after rabbits this weekend. Cant wait to try some of these recipes! and some of yours of corse Billy

Take enough brown rice to fill a rabbits body cavity, fry onions and garlic and peppers and celery and the like and mix with rice. Stuff bunny with it and place in oven dish. Suround with veg and cover with stock and - you are going to love this one Billy - a can of mushroom soup.

Cook till tender.

Might even try this one. Usually brown rice tastes like dirt to me but it might be fit to eat like this Wink

Just looked at the recipes, my what a lot. I was going to ask for some but looks like I won`t now.

I think condensed mushroom & condensed chiken soups are most useful and easy & quick to use, I use them a lot.

I have found someone to get me a rabbit cheaply as I am not sure if we will like it or not. Was going to roast some & make bunny stew with the rest.

Suggestions welcome.

Don't roast it is my suggestion. Too lean to roast. will become dry and unsatisfactory. Stews and potroasts are best - slow cooking with liquid and add some bacon or something to lubricate it fatwise.
