I will dig it out Rosie - I mainly do it from memory now but will check that my memory matches what the original was. The original recipe we have is on a tattered tea-stained piece of paper, hand-written very long ago by someone with tiny but beautiful script. I found it tucked in the back of an old recipe book I bought in a secondhand bookshop once. I like to think it was a little Welsh granny in a slate-roofed cottage who wrote it out.

Mine does have sugar in it - but not much and no fat (unless you count the butter I have slavvered all over it)

hmm, been a bit slack of late. Probably made a few new things I don't remember.

Today however, a dash into Tesco on the way home from work and chuck together in 15mins special: Braciole di Pollo

Whole chicken legs, boned out and stuffed with shredded home-made parma ham, parmesan, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, beaten egg, parsley basil and rosemary, wrapped in home made prosciutto and roasted.

With apricot couscous and salad.

My Italian is not up to translating this beyond Fettuccine alla fegatini

#19 - the other day - rain courgettes stuffed with pork, veal and parmesan

~20 - today - Pappardelle all'anatra. Well sort of. Pappardelle all'anatr-ish
