I find that the other place is no longer as informative on the things I am interested in, in fact I go on there less & less now. This is the forum I prefer & find the most helpful & friendly.

I drop in to other places but no longer post as despite the smallish number (relatively) on this forum, it is actually the most friendly and well informed place I have come across. And I am registered on quite a few fora!

I have also noticed that posting on "The Other Place" is increasingly made up from a really quite small group of people posting regularly.

Which is fine, if that is what you want. I prefer it over here!

Although I would love to see a few old friends posting in here...and some existing members posting more regularly. But that is another issue... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

My point about writing something is to get some content as opposed to just chat/banter. If some one sees there are good "doers" posting here then there is more chance to catch some new "doers" and encouage them to proceed with their own ideas of a slower/home made life.
